Yes. Please attach it to your post:

• Connect your Garmin device to your computer with the Garmin USB cable
• Open the drive associated with your device.
• Look for your FIT file by date under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder
• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Alternatively, you can post a link to the file using a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
