Delete all saved locations on Enduro 2

How can I delete all saved locations on an Enduro 2 watch, in one batch, without having to delete them one-by-one?

A step-by-step instruction would be highly appreciated, since the vague hints like "delete the folder" or "use Garmin Explorer" do not work on the Enduro 2.

What makes you think that? Of course it also works with the Enduro 2.

browse and delete the lctns.fit. (NOT the folder).

If you have a MAC, you will need extra software such as “android file transfer” or openMTP

android file transfer: not maintained since 2019, replaced by Quick Share for Windows, no longer available for macOS.
OpenMTP by Ganesh Rathinavel does the trick on an M1 Mac (as of July 2025).

Saved locations are stored in the ./GARMIN/Location/ folder

Is there a way that Garmin officially recommends? It looks they don't care if people mess with the file system.

PS: I found one more way using the good ol' BaseCamp software.
