I accidentally set the LTHR on my watch and want to delete that data since it was something absurd like 81. Unfortunately it only allows me to change the number. What should I do in this context?

I do not know, but I would like to know too.
Just enabling the auto detect does not do the trick..
Do LTHR test run and it should overwrite value you provided.
For a LTHR test run you need a HRM strap right?
I do not have one
In the past it was possible to delete this value in Garmin Connet web version.
Now i cannot find it.
I think only option is to borrow or buy external sensor and do the test.

No but it's recommended for more accurate heart rate data.
How do you start it without a HRM strap?
If I go to run training and pick LTHR it says waiting on HRM strap.

I don't have the enduro 2, but on other garmin watches you will not get LTHR with the built-in optical sensor.

Change it to the right value . If you do not have any HRM strap, do a lab test. Buying a HRM will be less expensive though, I guess. You could also just estimate it, and set it to something less absurd than the 81. The following post could perhaps help you: Help finding threshold and zones | 80/20 Endurance (8020endurance.com)
Sorry if I mislead you. In which case it’s my memory that’s at fault and perhaps you do need a strap. It’s been a long time since i did a Garmin LTH test. I usually do my own, warm up for 15 mins, do a 30min time trial capturing the last 20 mins as a separate lap to use the average HR for that as LTH.
