Complete silence...
I was told by Laurie from Garmin the engineers are still investigating this and waiting on a solution.
Oh great. It must be rocket science like a fix of the sleep mode off on Mk3i at night which comes back after a few minutes back to on with dark sleeping display. This project is for months/years now...never fixed.
Sorry, I am sarcastic.
I will wait for a solution before updating my Mk3i...
hello support, it's not even been a month and we have another problem here (after the major outage in January), do you guys actually test the software before releasing it? There are some quite serious quality problems here. Have you guys acknowledged this problem with the maps on the descent mk3i? Are you working on the fix?
I have given up with sleep related issues... All the bugs I have reported appear to have existed for 3 years +. They just don't care to fix them.
Hello, has this been reported to your engineers?

I will update you when there is more information around the software update.
Yeah, seems that the testing period for Descent is long, which kind of is good, but then makes me wonder that do they test if they missed the map issue.
It's now been 20 days since the broken release. Tomorrow diving, still weighting my options says, no, won't go to known broken one, even the AOD while diving would interest me.
Hopefully this does not mean that the fix is going to be in the next quarter release and it will take around 90 days.
Ya, it was fixed in 20.14 for F7/Epix2
Change log for version 20.14 since v19.41 (currently live):
