That sounds like you should contact Garmin support
Have you tried to connect it to computer with the cable, if that would help?
I did try to connect the watch to a computer. I called Garmin support. Their advice was to allow the battery to drain completely and then try to charge it and see what happens. This worked. Incidents like this remind me of why I dive with 2 computers…
I have the same thing now. I unpacked the watch from the box and connected it to the PC, everything is OK, after he offered to update the firmware to 19.34, I updated it and then the screen started to hang when connected to the PC (charging is going on) On the PC there is a sound of connecting the device and disconnects it and all actions are repeated =( . I hope this is a bug in the firmware and it will be fixed in the next release. P.S. if you disconnect the charging cable and wait a bit, the watch will return to normal, or you can simply restart it via the "light" button
