This just started today when charging and i unplug the cable it stays on the charging screen. Also my laptop(windows 11) won't recognize my MK3i anymore but does fine with my Fenix 7x.
My Mk3i is up to date with version 17.29. The only way to get it off this screen is to hold down the power button till it turns off then turn it back on.
