New MK2i, while troubleshooting no audible tones from the device at all, initiated a factory reset. Now it will not boot past the “Decent” screen. Unable to find a combination of button inputs to clear the issue.
New MK2i, while troubleshooting no audible tones from the device at all, initiated a factory reset. Now it will not boot past the “Decent” screen. Unable to find a combination of button inputs to clear the issue.
Just switch it on and leave it for a while, it eventually will go past the boot screen.
Thanks, waited two days on it over the weekend, no go. After a phone call with a Garmin support tech this morning, it was determined a replacement was in order, arraignments made.
