Dive log time incorrect

I noticed today that the time on my dives logged with the mk2i is off by 1 hour even though my watch is showing the correct time. I first thought its something with day light savings time, but my watch time is correct just the dive times synced to the app is an hour behind.

If you go into the dive log on the watch itself, what start and end times does it show for the dive?

If you look on Garmin Connect on the web, what start and end times does it show for the dive?

Could it be that the DST settings for your phone are out?

Thanks for the reply, my watch and phone is correct on eastern time, garmin connect online and the app is showing an hour off. I found time zone settings in the online page which was set to central, hopefully this fixes the issue.
