New watch already with full storage

I bought my G1 about a week ago. On the second day i wanted to try out a new watchface but Connect IQ told me that there are only 21,3kb of storage left.

I tried deleting the activitys and deleten the "Temp" Folder while connected to the computer but it stays the same.. in fact there wasnt even a Temp folder and there are only 2mb of files stored on the watch. According to my computer there should be 12mb of storage left (still a lot less than the advertised 32mb but fine for me since software uses up some space too).

Anyway i tried downloading stuff on the watch with the app on my phone and the app for the pc but both tell me there is only 21,3kb left.

Anyone got an idea what i am doing wrong?

I dont think you are doing anything wrong.

I'm not a developer, but I have asked developers questions on their watch faces or widgets I have used and they have mentioned that memory on the watches is sliced up, so not all the 32Mb would be for watch faces alone, some would be allocated for other functions.

So the 21.3kb left may not be all available for watch faces.
