&lt;p&gt;I used my InReach SE last a few years ago, with an old email address and account. I&amp;#39;m off on a big trip tomorrow and needed to reactive. I tried with my old account, but kept running into some unknown error on the PC when selecting the plan. As a result, I decided&amp;nbsp;to create a &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;new&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;account&amp;nbsp;with an email address I currently use and details all up to date. I made the payment and successfully activated the device.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, a few moments after getting confirmation of successful activation, I got the &amp;#39;must be reactivated&amp;#39; sign come back up again on the device screen. I went outside, reactivated successfully again, and sent a successful test message. Then it happened again - the &amp;#39;must be reactivated&amp;#39; sign...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure what&amp;#39;s going wrong... the plan and payment have gone through, but it keeps telling me I need to reactivate...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has anyone got any advice? I&amp;#39;m off tomorrow and need this to be sorted!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I just tried to sync my Gamin InReach Explorer+. It is possible to show that changes to messages work. Similarly, it is possible to show that changes to contacts work. However, I have a collection of 4 routes that are not downloaded. These tracks were created using Caltopo and exporting the Caltopo lines as GPX data. When I upload that data to Explore.Garmin.Com the site warns me that each gpx file will be thinned down to just 200 points for storage as routes and I agree to that. The four tracks show up in the Maps tab, both in the sidebar and as lines on the displayed map. It all seems fine (to that point).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have used an admin account on my Mac (running OS X Big Sur). I have re-downloaded the&amp;nbsp;InReach Sync program. I have updated the firmware on my GPS. I have swapped cables and USB ports. I rerun InReach Sync on my Mac every time. Those actions do not change the outcome. If you have a suggestion then I would be very grateful to hear it. &lt;p&gt;I see that my Explorer account has three named accounts.&amp;nbsp; Two accounts belong to me and a fellow employee and one account is listed as Unassigned.This unassigned user has outdated firmware.&amp;nbsp; I do not know if this is an issue but I have - in the past - needed to ensure firmware was updated before data syncing.&amp;nbsp; The waypoints in question were collected by a named users.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What can I do?&amp;nbsp; If I sent out a distress, the crews would go to the wrong location.&lt;/p&gt;
