S2 loses satellite

I don't see a forum for the S2 so will ask here. My S2 now loses satellite after half a round. Battery power seems fine and when I end round and restart the round it magically finds the satellite again so I usually have to do this 5 or 6 times during a round which makes scoring on my watch impossible. If I don't end the round it will just keep looking for a satellite. I am usually able to go at least 6 or 7 holes before the problem first appears. I have tried soft and hard resets and updated courses. Could it be possible that the battery is the culprit even though it will still last a full round? Any other ideas besides buying a new watch?

CT10 and SuperStroke Putter Adapter

I've been looking for a solution to mount a C10 adapter to my SuperStroke putter grip. After countless hours of research, most of the DIY solutions are a bit of work and they still don't look great. I've been using one for about half a year and it fell off, which led me to make another one.

Fortunately, I was playing a round this fall with a member who had a CT10 attached to his putter flawlessly. I asked where he got it and there's a company called Only Bogeys [link removed] that makes this adapter.

I've been using it for the last few weeks and it is the perfect solution. You simply unscrew the SuperStroke cap, screw in their adapter, and screw in the SuperStroke into it. It holds it supertight and sits flush with the putter.

A bit pricy but well worth it as you'll spend quite a bit of time making one for something that doesn't work as well and doesn't look as nice.

Just thought I would share this setup as I'm sure many are in the same boat.

Garmin Connect and Golf Watch lost all rounds. WHY???

I lost all my previous rounds (at least 150) both on my watch and on the App. WTF!! All of these rounds were there a month or so ago. I played a round yesterday and went to upload it and it cant find that or any of my previous rounds. Whats going on.??

Sleep Tracker Starting Bed Time is Wrong

Sleep Tracker shows the wrong start of sleep time about 25% of the time. I.e, if I went to bed at 11 it might say 12;30 AM. It seems accurate when I get up in the morning.

CT10 Sensors

Do not buy the CT sensors they don’t work properly and Garmin have taken 6 months to reply after sending them numerous emails for support.
they are awesome when they work, however I’ve changed batteries 4 times now and repaired each device and they are not reliable.
Garmin please send me another set and I will happily try again or refund my money.

To install the last update on my wifes devices we had to delete the American and Oceania courses.

How can I delete these courses from mine to make space. I only have 28kB free!!

Edit shot location

The 'edit shot location' seems to no longer be working on the IOS app. You used to be able to drag the shot marker and it would snow a magnified view, but it doesn't work any more. Can't drag the shot marker.

For a while, now, I get the message on my s20 that an update is available but every time I try to install this, my s20 shows an "update failed" notification. I also notice that my s20 doesn't seem to be able to find satellites. What do I do now?

Problems saving 9 hole courses

I’m having trouble recording my scores when i play 9 hole courses. My local club has 3 9-hole courses, i select any of them no problem but after the 9th it goes to 10th hole par 1 instead of finishing. I don’t have the option to select the two courses i play together. When i select end round and save, i cannot see it in my garmin app, its like it never existed.

Any solutions?

1) I get text notifications but not emails.
2) Is my watch supposed to vibrate when a notification comes in?

When I get to the green, it asks to confirm strokes. Afterwards, I can only enter # of puts based off the strokes I confirmed.

For example: Lets say I go tee, fairway, and 3 putt. Once I hit the green it asks to confirm strokes so I key in 2. It then asks to confirm putts and I can only enter 0 or 1 since it's assuming I only had 2 strokes total from the prior confirmation. How can I get it to confirm to total strokes up to the green and then confirm the putts separately?

CT10 Sensors fail on a regular basis

I am getting really pissed at these sensors. Brand new, 3 of 14 failed to pair. No problem, I only use 11 clubs. Driver sensor has failed three times after replacing battery each time. These failures are on consecutive weekends.

Garmin really needs to improve these to be reliable. 300 bucks pretty much wasted and I love the S62, but these sensors suck.

Loss of irons from club selection

I played Brocket Hall yesterday and after I played my second shot I wasn’t able to select my 4 iron as only my driver, 3 wood or 5 wood were available. This happened throughout my round and not being able to select any irons.

I did get a notification to update prior to my round which I carried out so not sure if this is connected to the above issue.

Hello,

I've been using my Garmin S20 for 3 seasons now, and I really enjoy the functionality. However, this year, I've noticed a few of my rounds are not displaying properly on the app. This has happened at 3 different courses in the last 2 months. The data shows significantly off center to the right of the hole played (see screenshots).

However, when I login to the data on the Garmin Connect site, it displays correctly. How do I resolve this in the app?

Seeing that people are having the same issue of Garmin s20 golf round not syncing with Garmin Connect. I've had this issue on and off for the last 3 weeks and I've had to connect it to my laptop to get my rounds loaded. I will definitely never be buying a Garmin watch ever again as I've been having this issue on and off not just the past 23 weeks but over the last two years and now the Club selection issue is happening over and over

No irons

I'm having the same issue as others. Only showing driver 3-wood 5 wood but no irons. Did a software update and I corrected it for one round and now it's back to doing the same thing. I don't see any options for Club updates

my s20 is not synchronising my 18 hole golf rounds. The watch synchronises but the data for the golf round does not transfer. I played 9 holes and this was synchronised. The 18 hole round was saved on the watch and everything else seems to be working. Just the golf scorecard is not appearing.This happened after the 2nd last update.
