How to enable bluetooth on 760. I can't connect via garmin connect only garmin explore.

  1. I factory reset my phone now Garmin Connect says enable blue tooth on the 760.  It works through Explore but not Connect.  Bluetooth is already working.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled.
