Is there a way to remove Facebook, Twitter & Mapshare from select contacts on device?

Did you ever find a way to do this? These defaults are annoying.

Ditto - having to scroll through social media options when needing to urgently reach out to a loved in is infuriating

Can Garmin look into this?

I realize this is an old post, but wondering if any solution was found. I just got an Inreach Mini 2 and find the Facebook/Twitter contacts to be very annoying and disruptive to the primary use case for the device (safety first) - especially since I haven't connected anything to social media.

It should be an option to list them as Contacts. At a minimum, this should be an "Opt-In" by virtue of connecting Garmin to social media. If not connected to social media, the Contacts should not show up (even worse, they are above the actual contacts in the list!).
