How do I unsuspend IPC Outbound Service ASAP?

My inReach Portal Connect page says this:

"IPC Outbound Service is temporarily suspended due to problems delivering messages to your server."

There was, indeed, a problem with my server. It was easily fixed. Now I want to restore IPC Outbound Service immediately. How can I do that? These devices are used for search and rescue, and they might be required at any moment, so I'd like to minimize their downtime.
