Can't connect to USB

Hi

When I plug my device into my PC, I get a charing symbol, but no connect to the computer to transfer data. I've gone through all the troubleshooting options of reinstalling garmin express etc, but nothing changes.

Is there any way to update the course files via blue tooth instead?

Or is my only option buying a new cable (which I think might be the issue at this point)

  • No. You will have your watch settings fully reset and data erased on the watch only. Prior synced scorecards will remain on your Garmin Connect online account and within your Garmin Golf APP on your smartphone. You will need to Bluetooth pair it again to your smartphone and change your internal settings on your watch again but your courses will remain updated to your most recent update.
