No shot maps for the first 10 holes

Played a round with the S70 and CT10 sensors, scorecard is correct but no shot maps for the 1st 10 holes and then suddenly shot maps from holes 11 to 18. Anyway to recover the shot maps for the missing 10 holes?

  • Update to this issue, played a round today, hole 14 approach s70 exits out of the golf app. Restart golf app, watch asks if I want to resume my current round, I tap on resume, shots and scores are added to the round. At the end of the round scorecard is correct, save the round. I then go into the iOS app and there is only shot information for holes 14 to 18, what happened to holes 1 to 13, why does the watch not save all the information and then all the data can be synced with the Garmin Golf app, this isn’t exactly a cheap watch and I thought it would function better than it currently is! Approach S70, CT10 sensors and Garmin Approach Z30, frustrating when you buy into an ecosystem and then it doesn’t work as described!!

  • I have the same issue. I do not necessarily need to fix previous rounds, but would be great to have this fixed in general.

  • I'm experiencing something similar, except none of my recent rounds generate Shot Maps. I'm using an Approach S70 on software version 27.07. The watch records scores, FIR, GIR, putts and penalties correctly, and Club Prompt asks me to identify every club after each shot. However, no Shot Maps are generated, Virtual Caddie, and club distances are not updated. I've already updated to 27.07, installed the recent CT1 component update, reset the watch settings, and confirmed Stat Tracking and Club Prompt are enabled. Has anyone found a resolution, or has Garmin identified the cause?

  • Kind of the same problem here, after the latest update. No shot maps, watch restarts after ending a 9 hole round. Very, very annoying…
