My two most recent rounds show fairways, greens, and putts on my watch and online via Garmin connect. when I look at Garmin golf app, scorecards, this info doesn't show

I've tried deleting watch and re-adding and synching

Prior rounds show info in all places

based on another report in the forum, I deleted the garmin golf app off my phone. not the garmin connect but the garmin golf app. re-installed it and all rounds show all stats

the other thread said this disappeared after 10 minutes so I'll check it in a bit and report back

and now that I've played a few more rounds its intermittent. some rounds have all stats, some don't. I follow same procedure before and after. very puzzling and very disappointing for the price of this watch

On certain course the Garmin Approach S60 dies before 18 holes are completed. The S60 was charged fully prior to the game and only 5-1/2 hours had elapsed from full charge to "dead'

Just started happening in the past 2 months.

At the very least offer a discount on a new product and not a measly 10% but a significant offset to having a product that has planned obsolescence. Otherwise loyal customers like me will never use or recommend the product in the future.

This nonsense of producing rechargeable products where the battery cannot be replaced has got to stop. Lithium batteries have a finite number of times that can be recharged before they won't hold a charge. It's absurd to pay hundreds of dollars for a watch, or any device, that becomes useless after a few years to be simply trashed. The EU passed a law a while back, mandating that all rechargeable devices must have replaceable batteries. I don't know when that will take effect, but maybe there is hope on the horizon.

I have done all of those things to no Avail. Looks like the next option is to toss it in the trash and stop using Garmin products.

I have the same issue with an update last week. the drive arc toggles but it has no base map underneath it. Also no plays like.

Updated to 9.0 and maps are updated to 25.10 and still nothing apart from driver arc and occasionally shows no map underneath the arc

After one year of using CT10 sensors all works good except for one important thing, sometimes sensor fly off my club during swing. So far I have not lost any sensors but few of times I was very lucky to notice that sensor was missing after swing and finding it few yards in front of me. I have tried many ways to make sensors stay on top of my clubs mainly by applying electric tape or self amalgamated tape but this solution goes bad very quickly because tape gets damaged when pulling out and putting in clubs in my bag.

I wonder if any of you experienced similar problem and and found good solution to it.

The round must be saved on the watch in order to sync over the score, stat, or shot data recorded prior to the watch shutting off in the middle of the round.

If the watch shuts off and you are not seeing an option to resume the round when going back into the golf activity...then the shot data is lost because the scorecard was not saved.

You can check your scorecards folder by connecting your watch to a home computer and opening the device drive showing in File Explorer/Finder by opening the GARMIN folder > Then selecting the "SCORE or SCORECARD" sub-folder within. If you see a .FIT file showing with a creation date matching the round where your watch shut off...copy the .FIT file to your desktop > Then open the Garmin Express program on your computer and sync your watch after it has been added as a device to then see if the scorecard transfers (if you have confirmed the missing scorecard file is showing within your watch storage.

Hi! I am having the same issue with Garmin Connect. Have you tried restarting both devices? Sometimes updating the app or resetting the Bluetooth connection also helps.

My Garmin golf watch battery only lasts about 14 holes and then it dies I just updated it but still won't last a full round

The battery would not be related to the concern you mentioned.

The recommendation is to update your watch via Garmin Express following the steps outlined on the support page linked here: Update Golf Courses and Device Software on an Approach Golf Device
