Bike ride not saved correctly

I used my S40 today for a bike ride, I unfortunately didn't save it. I can se the activity on the Garmin connect and in the files on the watch. is there anyway of resurrecting it so I can get my stats?

If the activity file is present, you can try to manually upload the activity to Garmin Connect. Usually if not saved, the data is lost.
