  • Need help setting up track interval workout

    I just started using the Trainging Center for setting up workouts - worked great for fartleks. Now I need to setup the following:

    10 min warmup
    8x1000 meters with 200 meter recovery jog
    3x200 meters with 200 meter recovery jog
    10 min cooldown

    Not sure how to setup meters on the 305/ Training Center.

    Thanks for any help.

    I guess thinking about it - just use the lap button since it's a measured distance (instead of a pre-programmed advanced workout). That sound right or other ideas?
