    Is Garmin Connect not compatible anymore with Windows Internet Explorer?

    it is not IE, firefox and safari have the same problems, page is loading but no widgets are showing, menu is not working
    Current devices: FR735XT, Index Smart Scale
    Retired devices: Edge 520, Fenix 3, Vector 2S, FR920XT, Fenix 2, Vivofit, FR620, FR310XT

      All is fine. Check the status page at

      https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/status

      and working perfectly for me right now.
      Currently own Drive 50LMT-D, Nuvi 2508LMT-D, Nuvi 1490LMT, Nuvi 1310, Montana 650T, Etrex 20, and use Basecamp, OSM mapping
      Previously owned Etrex Legend H, Mio Navman and used Mapsource
      (please note that I am not employed by Garmin, but am a long term user of Garmin software and hardware)

        On 3 different browsers 2 devices i see this:


        tried to remove all history and cookies but nothing

          That display is typical of something blocking the download. Do you have any programs like ghostery that could be blocking it? Or a browser setting?

            I have tried on 3 different laptops including a whole new one but it does now work. I don't have any blocking programs installed. I think this needs a proper resolution.

              Well it's working perfectly here so it's not a Connect issue. I suggest you call Customer Support by phone so they can troubleshoot your system in detail.
              Currently own Drive 50LMT-D, Nuvi 2508LMT-D, Nuvi 1490LMT, Nuvi 1310, Montana 650T, Etrex 20, and use Basecamp, OSM mapping
              Previously owned Etrex Legend H, Mio Navman and used Mapsource

                Well on my side nothing has changed, the only change i see is that GC version was 3.3.0.3 and now is 3.3.0.6
                And since that last version it is not working anymore

                  on Safari as well.. no widget loading since this morning (13.02.2016)

                  .. no widget on OSX on safari/Firefox AND IE ON WIN10.

                    I have the exact same problem, tried 3 computers now!
                    Safari
                    Google Chrome
                    Firefox
                    Microsoft Edge browser All do not work!!!!!!

                    This must be addressed!!!!

                        I usually use chrome but I just tried IE11 and it worked fine for me.

                            Same problem for me! I'm connecting from the Netherlands.
                            Tried different browsers, multiple laptops, no change at all.
                            It's lasting for a day now. Is Garmin working on this?

                              I doubt if Garmin are doing anything since its working. Those of you having problems should contact Product Support by phone so they can individually troubleshoot your particular problem.
