  • Garmin Express "Re-authentication Required"

    Has anyone else received a request to enter in your sign-in details when attempting to sync a device through Garmin Express? Once I enter the data and hit "OK" Garmin Express freezes. In the past it was going to a screen with the following message,"Garmin Express in unable to connect to the background service and will close". Now it just freezes. can anyone offer any help or work arounds if this is a common problem?

    I tried to attach a photo of the error screen but the limitation of the forum would not accept the picture size.

    I got exactly the same issue. It started after the last update of Garmin Express.

      Uninstall then reinstall GE.

        I'm having the same issue, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled GE three times. Any other suggestions?

            Yup, same issue Re-authentication required and then screen freezes. I've deleted and re-installed but still same issue
