Can't launch complication COMPLICATION_TYPE_WHEELCHAIR_PUSHES from watchfaces

Venu3 users reported that the wheelchair pushes widget can't be launched when pressing the wathcface, other complications work fine. Users had tried to turn on/off the wheelchair mode. Does it just not work, or am I doing something wrong?

BTW, I use Complications.exitTo(new Complications.Id(Complications.COMPLICATION_TYPE_WHEELCHAIR_PUSHES))

Do they have a widget that publishes wheelchair pushes installed?

The customer confirmed the 'Pushes' widget is installed and works fine.

I don't think it's ever worked on the va5, which is the only other watch with wheelchair mode. I don't set it that often, but I just did.
