I already 4/5 updates before this one and another one after this update. All of the rest were updated immediately and I didn't have to wait a few hours so I didn't even paid attention for the message I guess

Is this your first update to an app in the store? There's a message that's displayed that says it can take a few hours for an update approval.

Oh wow. I don't know what happened with Garmin but now it fixed. I sent messages to Garmin from the morning and finally it got solved!

No. The only problem is that the connect IQ shop doesn't let anyone update it.

Try different standard settings, like 12/24 hr, activity tracking on or off, etc. See the settings menu in the sim. You really need to see the ciq_yml file from the devices.

Are you getting any error messages when you build or upload the iq file?

the update didn't work so no one could update it. I think I will try to use the prg file and then test it on the venu 2 and the vivoactive 4, but from what I know, if both won't have a problem, it doesn't necessarily means the watch face is fine.

UPDATE: it works perfect for both devices

Running out of memory is only one of the reasons a WF will crash. Have someone send you their ciq_log,

I think about uploading it again to the connect iq shop as version 1.1.1 but I afraid the problem is indeed not with the version but with the connect IQ and users will get mad. I tried to get a copy of it and change the ID in the manifest.xml file in order to upload it as a beta watch face but everytime I got denied for it because of a problem in the connect IQ

it worked well in every single device I've used. It is 30kb at max for every device. The problem was with the update. Here's the memory usage in forerunner 245:

Are you sure the WF isn't just crashing right away? Anything about it in ciq_log.yml or with ERA?
