GOT HACKED

I recently purchased a Tactix Charlie watch and yesterday i downloaded and paid for a few watch faces, well this morning I get a message for Apple saying someone was trying to log into my account from Saudi Arabia, then while I was listening to Spotify on my phone it changes songs and it did it a few more times after that then i check my emails and spotify sent me notices that other individuals had signed to my account from Russia and also Saudi Arabia and some other place in the US cant help to think that this was all due to the garmin app. so beware

If someone hacked your Spotify account, they'd likely need your Spotify username and password at the very least. Did you provide your Apple/Spotify login credentials as part of using this app? When you paid for the apps did you register for an account? Did you use the same password as you do for your Apple/Spotify accounts?

Yes however the first notification i got was from apple that someone was loging into my apple account from Saudi Arabia so that was the first indication that it was due to the new Garmon software I had installed. too much of a coincidence

I'm not so much concerned with which account was hacked first. What I'm trying to determine is if you gave someone your username/password (either directly by providing it to them when prompted, or indirectly by using the same credentials for your new account).

If you are using the same login credentials for any accounts, you should go and change account passwords immediately.

No not at all also my passwords are all different for each device and I constantly change them every so often

If your passwords for Spotify, Apple, and any of the accounts you created were unique, I am unsure how we have reached the conclusion that purchasing/installing watch faces led to two different accounts (different passwords) being hacked. What information an I missing?

Or it's not likely to have been found and used so quickly.

If the passwords are different, how would anything related to the watchface download be able to have known the other password?
