Merchant onboarding stuck at legal disclosures: “No task status for this account”

Hi Garmin Connect IQ team,

My Merchant Onboarding is stuck on the final legal disclosures step.

Current status:

- Personal details: Verified
- Payout bank account: Verified
- Business setup: Individual
- Country: Spain
- Final step shown: “Review and sign legal disclosures”

The issue is that the legal disclosures page does not render any actionable UI. There is no checkbox, signature field, Continue button, or anything else that allows me to complete the step.

In Chrome DevTools console I see:

“No task status for this account”

This appears to come from AcceptTermsOfService. The Adyen onboarding context appears to load successfully, but the disclosure/signing task itself does not render.

I have already tried refreshing, Chrome, another browser, incognito/private window, and clearing browser state. The onboarding page remains stuck.

I also emailed [email protected] on May 26 with screenshots and details, but have not received a response yet.

Could someone from Garmin please check or reset/unblock the merchant onboarding state for my developer account?

Same issue here. Developer account: FYRO.studio (France, auto-entrepreneur) Status: Personal details Verified, Business Verified, IBAN Verified, Account Active — but "Review and sign legal disclosures" is grayed out with no actionable UI. I have already published paid and freemium apps on the store (FLEUR.wild at €3.49, Lumen Neon Gods and Lumen Gang as freemium). The apps are live and the price is displayed correctly in the store, but I cannot confirm whether payments are actually being processed since the legal disclosure step appears incomplete. I also sent an email to [email protected] but have not received a response. Could the Garmin team please check and unblock this for both of our accounts?

I’m experiencing exactly the same issue.

My personal information, business details and bank account have already been verified, and my merchant account appears to be active. However, the “Review and sign legal disclosures” step remains unavailable, with the message:

“No task status for this account.”

I have also tried different browsers, private browsing and clearing cookies/cache, without success.

This therefore seems to be an account status or synchronization issue between Garmin and the payment provider, rather than a browser-related problem.

Could Garmin please investigate and manually reset or refresh the onboarding status for the affected accounts?
