I've got an Edge 530, I'm having a hard time getting inReach notifications on the Edge it's self. The two are paired. The Earthmate iPhone app doesn't show inReach messages notifications either. This makes the inReach worthless for biking outside mobile coverage. You have no way of knowing new inReach message was received. Crazy that a messaging device does not generate messages.
