Why would Garmin make a watch with such small small small screwdriver needed. And why does Garmin have contradictory information about which battery to use for the VIVO fit several times on several websites etc. it says CR 1632. I bought twoI bought paid $20 for a tool that had about 12 different sizes. It had the one suggested, but it still cannot get the battery out. I then went to a local hardware store and paid $10 for another screwdriver set that had the exact same size but had a pointed edge and was able to get the battery screws out overall I spent close to $40

It's NOT too tight, I've tried both wrists, I applied steroid cream during a break from it. What the hell? Garman??

This distance that is on my phone isn't downloading correctly into my app. My watch said 3.23 miles yesterday but only downloaded .81

What is the real water resistance level of vivofit 4 ?

I've had my vivofit 4 for 2 months and now the button stop working. Because it stopped working, I can not do a hard reset to see if it was a software's issue. So I decided to open it up to discharge the battery and put them back again so the tracker will reset. After opening I found out that there was water inside the device, that's probably why the button malfunctioned. The problem is I never go swimming, the device never left my wrist as I only go running, take shower, washing hands...

My old vivofit 3 which I used for more than 2 years only left my wrist twice for battery replacement and it worked find until the day I gave it to my nephew. So the question is what is the real water resistance level of vivofit 4 ? Honestly I'm so disappointed because an upgraded item should be better than the old one (vivofit 3).

Vivofit 4 failing to sync

My vivofit4 is giving me a triangle and failing to sync. Initially I thought it was battery but changed battery and it’s still refusing to sync.

Kindly assist.

My VIVOFIT takes many attempts to down load sleep data to "Connect".

This problem has just recently started to happened. Each morning I attempt to down load the previous day information to my LG phone. All information goes to the phone except for the sleep date. I usually takes a 8-10 tries before it down loads. HELP!!
