Hallo liebe Forumsmitglieder und Sportfreunde,

ich habe mir eine Tactix 7 Pro vor einiger Zeit zugelegt.

Nun da ich in meinem Ruhestand mal Sport treiben und hier die Uhr verwenden möchte, erhalte ich bei der Einrichtung Hinweise zur Herzfrequenzmessung das ich mir wohl einen Brustgurt zulegen sollte (ich nutze Garmin Connect, und MyFitnessPal (wg der Ernährung, muss auch abnehmen).

Herzfrequenz sehe ich ja auf der Tactix aber mit dem Blutdruck weiss ich nicht ob ich da ein Zusatztool oder Armband benötige.

Die Uhr hat ja 1001 Funktionen und ich bin da aktuell etwas überfordert.

Bei mir geht es darum das ich eine Trainingsplan machen möchte da ich,

- Ausdauertraining (bevorzugt Radfahren, da ich ein gutes Bike habe und vielleicht für den Anfang Gelenkschonender ist)

- Gleichgewichtsübungen (brauche ich zum Motocross/EndurFahren)

- Koordinationsübungen

- Krafttraining

bei dem ich letztendlich auch meinen BMI verbessere und schon 15 Kg abnehmen müsste.

Weshalb ich mich auch für den MyFitnessPal entschieden habe, da diese Ernährungs-App auch mit der Garmin-Uhr zusammenarbeitet.

Hat hier jemand noch Empfehlungen wie man leichter sich in die gefühlt 1001 Funktionen reinarbeiten kann um dann die Uhr effektiv auch nutzen zu können?

Braucht man Brustgurt, smarte Körperfettwaage (gibts da überhaupt bezahlbare die was taugen), und Blutdruckmessgurt/armband?

Welche Empfehlungen könnt ihtr mir vielleich noch mit auf meinem Fitnessweg geben

Alle Berechtigungen sind gesetzt und ich bekomme Notifications aller Apps auf die Uhr - außer Anrufe.

Das ist erst seit kurzem so (ca. 2 Tage).

Woran kann es liegen?

My Garmin Tactix Bravo only Powers on and off via the light button but otherswise do not respond to any buttons any ideas? I connect the watch to my PC via Garmin Express that worked fine. Bluetooth Connection doesn't theme to work either

Tactix 7 OLED vs AMOLED

Is it true that there are two different hardware versions of the Tactix 7 AMOLED Edition? I saw boxes with OLED and AMOLED labeling. The OLED version might have a display with less quality, although advertised by garmin as amoled.Please clarify!

Tactix 7 pro - HR Zones - Based on "BPM" missing

I would like to set my Heart Rate Zones using BPM instead of %Max HR but the menu Based on "BPM" is missing

I only have these options : %Max HR (=%FC maximale), %HRR (=%RFC), %LTHR (=%FC au seuil lactique) ... but not BPM

Does anyone have this issue on a Tactix 7 Pro ?

Hi,

ich habe aktuell das Problem, dass ich die App Bergsteigen nicht nutzen kann.

Nach Starten der App wird das GPS-Signal gesucht, was auch funktioniert. Danach ist der Bildschirm zweigeteilt (oben und unten). Es stehen jeweils die aktuellen GPS-Koordinaten in zwei verschiedenen Formaten. Und darunter steht „Start: speichern“ Egal was ich dann drücke (Start, Back…), die App startet nicht, sondern kehrt zum normalen Bildschirm zurück. Ich habe die Uhr bereits neu gestartet und die Applikationseinstellungen zurück gesetzt.
Was muss ich tun, um die App wieder wie gewohnt nutzen zu können?

Wieso wenn man HRM-PRO Brustgurt für fast 100€ kauft keine Live Daten Übertragung auf dem Watchface gibt? beim training funktioniert das gut allerdings nicht im Uhr modus bzw. es werden die Daten nicht richtig mit Synchroniesiert.Bedeutet denn der Handgelenk sensor was anders sagt als der Gurt wird nicht in dem Diagram dargestellt was was ist bzw man kann nicht in Einstellungen auswählen das es vom Gurt die Daten anzeigen soll!

Da wünsche ich mir Verbesserung weil aus gesundheitlichen Gründen Trage ich den Gurt nicht nur beim Trainings sondern auch im Alltag!

I can connect my rangefinder in the Accessories tab but only shows “Vectronix” not “Sig Kilo2400” and will not utilize ranging data from range finder to create a firing solution in the applied ballistics app. I already checked with Sig they say they are waiting on feed back from Garmin.

Tactix Delta: Only half of the watch is displayed

Does anyone have the same problem?

Sometimes the whole display is there but ususally only half of the watch face is displayed. If I am in an other screen everything is fine. So it is not a hardware problem. Also if I press a button the whole watch is displayed again, but only for some seconds.

I have not downloaded special watch faces or any apps. I have reset the watch several times and I have the software version 6.10 on my watch. Nothing helped so far. I have contacted Garmin service and they told me to send back the watch. The problem is. I need it right now and still hope for an update, because this looks like software bug.

What do you think?
