No VO2 MAX or Fitness Age Showing on Garmin Connect App.

I am trying to get my garmin connect app to show me my VO2Max data and Fitness age.
It’s says “We need a little more data for your most current fitness age”.

I’m using Garmin Edge 1050, with synced Garmin HRM, Garmin crank sensor and Garmin wheel sensor. I’ve put in all my personal stats in, age, weight, height etc and cannot get it to show. My cycle rides are average 22 miles and around 1 hour 20 minutes. I’m using an E mountain bike.

I’ve tried everything

  • If VO₂ Max or Fitness Age isn’t showing in the Garmin Connect app, common causes include:

    • Your Garmin device may not support these metrics.
    • VO₂ Max may require compatible activities such as outdoor walking/running with GPS or certain cycling activities.
    • The device may need several qualifying workouts before an estimate appears.
    • Your Garmin profile information, such as age, sex, height, or weight, may be incomplete.
    • The watch and Garmin Connect app may need to be updated and synchronized.
    • Fitness Age availability can vary by Garmin device and account setup.

Try syncing the watch, checking your user profile details, and confirming that your device supports both features.

Files, images, and data analysis are unavailable until usage resets at 10:37 PM. Continue chatting with text only, or upgrade for more access.
