I am using a 310 XT with a Power Tap Wheel for cycling. I and am not sure which data I should be looking at regarding watts vs watt kilojoules. I noticed when I was setting up the cycling data they had a choice for both types of wattage. Which one is the correct one that I used to read of my power tap computer? Any explanation would be greatly appreciated, Thank You. PG

Watts is your current power. Kilojouls is how much total energy you have generated during your ride. Kilojouls can be somewhat compared to calories burned but this would be different for each person as body efficiencies aren't equal.
While your riding, you want Watts.
