I was chilling on the sofa last night watching tv and apparently I entered mt sleep schedule window and the atch wrongly detected I was asleep without me realizing it, then I went to get ready for bed, took out the watch and put the sleeve, slept and woke up to a 12 min sleep, tried to delete it by setting the start and end time to the same time, the sleep disappears but the sleep band doesnt sync any new data even though it probably recorded the whole sleep. Workaround for this might be just set my sleep schedule on the watch to the middle of the night so there's less chance I will still be awake at that time and prevent it from start logging sleep, worse case will maybe log a nap... kinda frustrating how garmin still have these software issues.
