Garmin messenger not responding properly on my watches (Tactix 8 & Venu X1).

Please attempt to remove the devices directly from the Garmin messenger app then re-pair them to see if the issue still persists. Removing a Device From the Garmin Messenger App

When sending a message from the watch, do you receive an error message either on the watch or on the app itself?

Followed the link and your instructions exactly. Unpaired both devices and re-paired them. It did not work. The problem still remains. No error message. Just the buttons of the devices do not function

All 5 of the buttons of Tactix 8 and all 2 of the buttons of Venu X1 do not function after pressing top right button to get in the Garmin Messenger app
