Shot Maps post-round graphics incomplete.

I'm new to Garmin, using the Approach S70 watch and iPhone Garmin Golf App v3.8.0.1. After my last round on 3.17.26, 'View Shot Maps' was incomplete. Holes 1 through 9 showed the hole graphic and shots with distances. Holes 10-17 showed only the hole maps, no data. 18 was OK. The scorecard data is provided and complete. I had read here that deleting the app and re-installing might help. I did that, along with the Garmin Connect App, just in case. No Joy. The Course Stats show my 'Longest Drive' as 223 yds on Hole 18, while in Shot Maps, Hole 3 shows my drive of 260 yds.

What's going on, and what's the fix? If I can't trust the data I'm paying for, what reason do I have to keep the watch AND CT10 Sensors?

Also, a housekeeping improvement: In Shop Maps, could Garmin please keep the hole score from moving around and blocking the Advance/Return arrows? It's frustrating, like swatting flies!

P.S. I've used and returned both Shot Scope and Arccos devices and sensors. They were too 'busy' to use and had incomplete data.

Black shot maps since Garmin Golf app v3.6.1

Since the Garmin Golf app update to 3.6.1, several shot maps are black, or appear first and then black again. This is one of the most important features in the app for me. Can you fix this asap?

I’ve done that multiple times but each time the shot map is black the next day and I have to do it again. It only happens on one course and all others are fine.

deleted the course and reloaded in course download section in the app, it worked

I have the same issue. Sometimes the screen goes black, other times it just glitches out as shown in the video below. I’m surprised that this has been apparently going on for months with no fix.

Same issue here, have version 3.7.0.1, using IOS 26.4.2, tried on 2 different iPhones and both are the same. Needs to be fixed urgently, has been like this for months

Is it possible to add some hole in the shot map

I play a 9 hole match and I got hole map with all my shot for 7 holes. I know it's possible to add shot on a hole manually, but is it possible to add data for the remaining hole ?

Garmin Approach R10 - Lefty Club Graphic for Ball Impact Screen

Possible to get an update to show lefty club face on Ball Impact screen? Removing clubface entirely would be better than showing a righty clubface for a lefty golfer.

Garmin Z30 with Apple watch ultra 3

I have a Z30 rangefinder and thinking of buying an Apple watch ultra 3, when I lock on to the flag will the data be sent to my phone then projected to the watch or does this feature only work with Garmin watches.

The golf maps now used with the Golf App version 3.7.0.1 are appalling. Far too many trees right hand map and the definition is extremely poor. Fortunately I still have the old version on another device which are near perfect so fingers crossed I can protect it from being updated. Please can Garmin roll back to the original maps used in version 3.5.0.1b

To remedy the situation until another update comes out simply click on the map layers and then on Course View in the lower left. I hope that works for you.

Edit:I ended up down grading to v3.6.1.2 as I experienced other issues the more I used v3.7.x - like Holes showing 0 for Par, freezing and other annoyances. Did try reinstalling v3.7.x first to no avail.

Same here. Sent diagnostic info to Garmin weeks ago and have heard nothing. Please fix this!!

Feature Request - Integration with EZLocator

Our course and a growing number of courses use EZLocator for the superintendent staff to use in order to plan out their daily pin placements and provide that data to members. Today they provide printed out pin sheets as well as an app that you can download onto an Apple phone. EZLocator also have integration with Club Car golf carts where you can see the pin location on the GPS screen on the cart that shows not only front/middle/back but also the distance to today's pin.

Request would be for Garmin to integrate with that data and expose it onto the relevant current and future watches/devices for both live play as well as post round data analysis for approach stats, putting distances, etc. Seems like the data is there and you should be able to consume it. Right now you need to eyeball it and move the flag along the green display prior to stepping on the putting surface and that is ripe for improvement.

Stats not showing

I‘m using the S42 and recently added 3 CT10 sensors. For my last rounds now no stats are showing for the round, even though it is activated on the watch. Not even puts or the strokes are added.

What can be done?

I don't know if I can override this. But on the round, sometimes it doesn't ask for manual stats, sometimes it does. I think it asks for it, when the score I enter is not corresponding to what Garmin thinks.

But the weird thing is, that the data is in the scorecard. I can manually check them, so I think I'll stick to it for now, hoping Garmin fixes this. Because I got the CT10's to get more insights on putting and chipping.

But also the moving of the flag to the right position on the small screen is a bit finicky, so not fully satisfied yet.

yes, I added my CT10s. Do you think that going back to manually inputting date could be a solution? I am rapidly thinking this could be a Garmin Golf or Garmin Connect App issue.....as the watch is still quite new...what are your thoughts on this?

For me, when I look at the detailed scorecard, all the data is captured, it‘s just not showing. Did you also recently add the CT10‘s or is it an app issur?

I M having the same problem. GIR would be lovely to have as would fairways hit etc....Anyone have a solution please for this?

My maps look way worse than that. The map is just black with a dark green blob now.
