MAX DISTANCE in Club Performance

In Club performance = https://connect.garmin.com/app/gear/active-golf-clubs it dispays the Average and Maximum distances for each club.

However most of the Maximum distances are crazy numbers, eg my Sand Wedge is 321 metres. I use Approach S62 + CT10 sensors.

Can you add some reset button or just count only last 100 shots for each club?

Garmin Golf Performance Stats not working

My golf performance-stats are not showing anymore. This function has worked for approx a year. Watch is Venu 3 and everything syncs just fine. Scorecards are transferred and I can see all the strokes.
As I signed up for the garmin golf subscription the stats went blank. I ahve tried all the recomended solutions, but nothing fixes this issue.

I have seen other post about this, but no solution. Is this still work in progress?

I reported this issue several months ago via Garmin chat and I even uploaded diagnostics they requested from my watch. I contacted Garmin again today and there has been zero progress it seems. This is incredibly frustrating considering how deep I am into their ecosystem (watch, CT10 sensors, subscription, etc.) and a large part of the functionality is missing with no ETA and no workarounds.

If you can answer the following questions so I can look at specific troubleshooting:

Is this only happening on this particular course?
What version of the Golf app are you on?
What device are you using along with the Golf app?
If you can share any screenshots of what works, doesn't work that will help.

I can't access the distance range on the Garmin Golf app on android. It gets stuck in loading screen. Crooked creek, green valley, and island range all work fine. Any idea how to fix?

I have a fenix 7 s and the screen is very small for reviewing course and hazards etc. I was thinking I can use the garmin phone app for live distances to hazards, green etc. It shows nothing just the map and my location. Is this normal?

Its a key decision to stay in the garmin eco system

Garmin Golf Shot Map not working or showing in the app after the Epix Gen 2 update 23.18

Has anyone else experienced this after the update? I can see the shot maps of the rounds played before the update, but no option to see shot maps for rounds played after the update.

S70 Shot Map Missing and Performance Stats no longer tracking

For the last week, since June 30th, my shot map is no longer appearing in the app or on a web browser and the Performance Stats are not updating from my S70. I've tried several things to try to rectify this:

1. Logged out of app restarted phone no change

2. Uninstalled the app on my phone, no change.

3. Garmin Connect on a browser shows the shot map is missing. It's available for rounds before June 30th.

4. Confirmed my watch was not stuck with a Resume Round error.

5. Used Garmin Express to force a sync of my watch files, no change.

Some other things I tried were to check the course download cache, but I had no courses downloaded. Stat Tracking and Club Prompt are turned On. Big Numbers Mode is turned Off. Plays Like is also turned Off.

My searches tell me the data is permanently lost but I don't see how it was working on June 25th round then suddenly stops working from June 30th forward.

I'm running version 27.07. Is there a known bug in this software version causing this? Is there something I can do to try to get the shot map data to sync and get my performance stats to update? The missing round were actually very impactful to my handicap and I'd like to not lose them.

My Stableford-Points are being calculated based of a Handicap, which the Garmin Golf App has decided to give to me, instead of my real Handicap. This "Garmin Handicap" can be found somehwere in the App and does not seem to have the current World Handicap Format (only full numbers like 41 are displayed instead of my 39.3).

This is really frustrating especially since i am able (and did) enter my Handicap on the watch (Approach S62) and specially selected a scoring based on Index & Slope.

It would be nice if the Handicap would be managed through the App and is synced to the Watch for the display & calculation of strokes during the games as well as the calculation of points after the game.

To make things worse I did switch phones and noticed that the game i played is no longer recorded as activity. (The checkbox on the phone is stil set.)

I want to track more stats around my golf game, which is why I bought a Garmin watch. I really like that I can now track my fairways, greens and putts. I was wondering how the number of up & downs is calculated? It keeps showing 0, where there should be more. Shouldn't a par with 1 putt count as an up & down?

I don't have sensors, but for all the 5 or 7 years I've had my Garmin watch, the app showed up and downs... until last couple months. So, up and down calculation was removed from latest app version? The other day, I deleted Garmin golf app and Garmin Connect and reinstalled. Then played a round which did register an up and down. I'll see if this continues.

Do you have CT10 sensors paired? If you do not, then this feature will not work.

I also have the same question because I have experienced confusion around how Garmin is handling handicap values and Stableford scoring. The difference between the handicap entered manually on the watch and the handicap that the Garmin Golf App appears to calculate is not very clear. If a player already has an official World Handicap Index, it would make sense for that value to be used consistently across the app and the watch instead of relying on a separate Garmin-generated handicap that may not match the current format or decimal values.

I would also like to understand the correct workflow for managing handicap information between the Garmin Golf App and devices like the Approach S62. It seems like the app should be the main place to update the handicap and then automatically sync that information to the watch for score calculations, stroke allocation, and Stableford points. I have the same question about activity history as well, especially when changing phones or reinstalling the app, because losing recorded rounds after a device switch can be frustrating. I’ev also seen people discuss how stats and progression systems work in games such as jenny minecraft, where keeping player information consistent across different parts of the experience can also be important. Hopefully someone can explain whether there is a setting that needs to be enabled or if this is a limitation with the current Garmin Golf syncing system.
