&lt;p&gt;I entered all my old dives on the web browser as manual activities and labeled them the same as my dives that auto logged with the watch. I&amp;#39;ve already manually resolved the records but in the screen shots attached where it says 1. koloa landing ..... 2. Koloa landing, when they first synced and ported over these were labeled 34, 35.... 46 for all the manually entered dives, even though on the web browser they were properly labeled as dive #1, 2, ..... There are bugs in the device system software which appear to cause intermittent file corruption. Unfortunately Garmin support isn&amp;#39;t very interested in&amp;nbsp;fixing the root causes so we just live with it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Try syncing over a USB cable with Garmin Express but most likely it still won&amp;#39;t work. So you can try to repair it with other software.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thought I was going crazy having to manually update dive log number. I have gone from mk2i-&amp;gt;mk3i-&amp;gt;x50i. There were not any issues when upgrading from mk2i to mk3i because they were primary devices in garmin connect. However, there&amp;rsquo;s now a few issues with x50i that they are trying to address but it will be an app update and not firmware.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. x50i keeps track of log increments on the device&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. x50i is not available in garmin connect&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. having mk3i and x50i in dive app, only mk3i is available to set as primary.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Recommendation: Call Support to report this issue and be added to the open case. I was told the more people added to the case would raise the priority for a fix.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i also asked about opening a separate case on being able to set x50i as&amp;nbsp;primary when diving with mk3i as backup computer &amp;nbsp;(so we can decide which device to upload logs from)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I uploaded a few dives via Garnin Connect Web and edited them on the website as needed (e.g. Change the name of the dive, add coordinates etc).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I check Garmin connect on the phone I can see all the dives listed under activities including the names given to each dive.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Garmin Dive however onoy takes this data partially. While I can see all dives listed, many are missing the name I gave the activity (show default: Dive 23 etc,) and are missing other data such the coordinates entered.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Further, for those with missing data, when I select the dive under activities on the phone it will try and open the dive in Garmin Dive but throws an error message that something went wrong. I assume this is the case due to the data missmatch between the 2.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there a way to force Garmin Dive to fully resync all dives from connect?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After a lot of try and error I found out that the Garmin import fuction seems to have an issue with large data sets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I import more than 5-6 dives at the same time some of the data or sync between connect and dive seems to time out or the garmin DB simply messed up the import.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Only solution I found:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) delete the affected dive in garmin dive&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) re-import the dive (max 4 at a time) in connect web&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) garmin dive will now sync these and you can edit the dive&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Simple way to figure out which dives are affected: try and edit the dive in garmin dive (you will get an error) or clicknon the dive in connect on your phone to open it up (garmin dive will open telling you the dive is not found)&lt;/p&gt;
