Was given a VivoSmart as a gift 2 months ago and up until about two weeks ago it has been going great. Normally sync it with my laptop throw windows OS using Chrome, daily, no problems until now. About two weeks ago it stopped downloading steps and activities data onto Garmin Connect. It connects and syncs fine with Garmin Express but nothing transfers through to connect. Tried changing to Firefox as a test but still having the same issue. Any suggestions welcome as getting frustrating!:mad:
OK, so after some sufing I have discovered that the Chrome plug-in for Garmin has been ditched? Tried again with Firefox but still the same problem. Suggestions?
You have Step data up until the 27th and Activity data the 26th in your account Connect account. It doesn't sound like you are syncing your device using Garmin Express. If you are having troubles with Garmin Express I suggest you see the FAQ:

If you continue to have troubles remove the vivosmart from Garmin Express and Garmin Connect then add it back again. This will reestablish your credentials with Garmin Connect and remove any corrupt files from the computer that might be causing sync errors.
The vivosmart is not really supposed to work with the Communicator Plugin. Google Chrome has discontinued support for all similar plugins. If you have a file you want to manually upload see the FAQ : How do I manually upload data from USB Mass Storage devices to Garmin Connect?
