Activity search does not work properly

The search field in Activities → All Activities is currently broken. It does not seem to show any results of activities that have been renamed, as well of activities that have been recently uploaded.

    I just tested it - renamed a walk activity from yesterday to 'XYZ Walk', searched for 'xyz', and got the expected result. Then, I recorded a new Yoga activity, renamed it to 'nnn Yoga', searched for 'nnn', and again it worked normally. Could you post the exact way how to reproduce your issue?

    From my observation, it is still not working correctly. Activities that were renamed after the automatic upload do not appear in the results at all, and manually adding gear also seems to trigger the issue. For activities that haven’t been manually edited (though an automatic rule may still be triggered and adding gear), it appears that only recent activities from the last two months are not being detected. Generally, I am having difficulty identifying a clear pattern.

    An example: Over the last two weeks, I recorded two activities with "short" in the name, and I am getting 0 results.

    Another observation: If I go to Activities → All Activities and search for a keyword, e.g. the "short" keyword mentioned above, I get zero results. However, if I then click "All" in the top row, the results suddenly appear, even though "All" was already selected (blue colored) beforehand.

    There are also cases where the search results show up correctly right away, without me having to click "All". As mentioned before, I still cannot identify a coherent pattern.
