Glad it's working now. I'm closing this thread as resolved. If anyone continues to experience issues, suggest clearing browser history, cache, and cookies.

I tested it with the incognito option and then went back to the normal page in Chrome on my laptop.

Mobile phone still blank

As a workaround until fixed, the site should load if you use InPrivate mode on Edge.

Or...

Edge or Chrome - Ctrl+Shift+N
Firefox - Ctrl+Shift+P
Safari - Shift+Command+N

Realized it is "do not track" on/off in Chrome settings. Unfortunately that did not work for me.

Thanks for offering a solution! Do you know of an equivalent solution for those not using Safari? I'm not familiar with "prevent cross site tracking" and if it a function in a browser like Chrome that can be unchecked.

Go to Settings in the Safari drop down menu. Select Privacy option, and uncheck Prevent Cross Site Tracking.

I did that today because the blank page appeared for the first time today. The problem was resolved.

Cleared my browser settings and cache.... the one activity from April is just hanging though, the rest are fine - it is an ultra, so a massive activity - so I winder if there's a bottleneck somewhere

Same problem. Signed in to connect via web browser (tried Chrome and Edge. OS Win 10). Just goes to blank page. Deleted cache, but that didn't help.

Its now working for me , but I'm trying to load an old activity and its just hanging - whats odd is that this activity is whiting out, but the ones either side of it are fine
