After every run I calibrate on the watch and then, save it. The data shows up in Garmin connect correctly, but syncs to Strava using the old miscalibrated data. I calibrated my treadmill activity once, and since then it keeps the same calibration, and it also sends the calibrated data to Strava correctly. However, there seem to be others experiencing the issue, too.
