I recently got the Vivifit 4 and overall, I'm very happy with it. However, sometimes when I'm syncing, it will randomly go into pair mode and then I lose all my data for the day. It breaks my streak and ruins my statistics because I have a day where it looks as though I did absolutely nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea why this is happening?
It's happened three times now and it's very frustrating.
