&lt;p&gt;I have also tried resetting the airpod connection with my iphone but with the same results.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As no steps are recorded during the sleep, the steps data from the watch look fine to me. And I have no idea why Apple Health&amp;nbsp;shows some steps during the night. Perhaps you should contact the Support at Apple and ask them. &lt;p&gt;Garmin Connect on iPhone initially recoginizes Edge 530 and gives pairing codes on both devices indicating connection.&amp;nbsp; However, then Connect goes back to complete pairing and is not able to find the Edge 530 again.&amp;nbsp; Despite multiple tries and the claims &amp;quot;of extended search&amp;quot; it never finds the Edge 530 again.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Edge 530 goes back into Phone Setup mode wailing for iPhone and Garmin Connect on iPhone says &amp;quot;no accessory found&amp;quot; (despite just fnding it a few minutes ago and getting correct pairing codes on both devices.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The 530 then appears in Iphone as Bluetooth device and Garmin Connect with red circle indicating pairing process not complete.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have deleted it in Connect and iPhone Bluetooth several times, but cannot get by this 2nd pairing step.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Garmin are you going to fix this issues and QA that it is fixed?&amp;nbsp; The extended accessory searching seems like a bandaid.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Whenever Bluetooth is turned off from the Control Center and then turned on again, the connection does not restore properly. As a result, notifications are not received and communication between the watch and the iPhone is lost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;The only way to reconnect the watch to the iPhone is by going to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Bluetooth&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;, toggling Bluetooth off, and then turning it on again. After doing this, the device will reconnect and sync with Garmin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;I have also tried unpairing and pairing the watch again, but the issue still persists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

The lower the HRV, the higher the Stress value. It is simplified, and does not always match the reality, but it usually works reasonably well. It is possible though that your HRV baseline was incorrectly established, or got corrupted, for some reason. It is also possible that your HRV changed for some physiological reasons (seasonal change, fatigue, overtraining, diet, disease, ...). Nobody can tell you without&amp;nbsp;monitoring your true HRV with a more accurate medical device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

My body battery hasn&amp;rsquo;t been above 25 for a month, and drains to 5 by 4pm, and despite this I am able to train for a marathon I&amp;rsquo;m doing in a few weeks. The pattern of my running seems to have no bearing on my rest, stress or body battery. I have literally relaxed on the sofa all day today with my pulse in the 60s and my Garmin claims I&amp;rsquo;m having a stressful day. The only thing stressing me out is the &amp;nbsp;Garmin!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Should I reset it and try again?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No, it weas always the case. Garmin&amp;#39;s badge system was designed for activities recorded by Garmin devices since the beginning. Though, some 3rd parties&amp;nbsp;were bypassing it by&amp;nbsp;faking the source device in the activity file, which violated Garmin&amp;#39;s Terms &amp;amp; Conditions, and eventually they had to cease doing it. You can still do it yourself by editing the activity file and importing it manually, if you do not mind this&amp;nbsp;cheat, and the added effort. When Garmin updates its software, the new Garmin watches type Venu 4 or current Forerunner and Phoenix range, and I suppose the rest of the new ranges, will look like the Apple Watch. &lt;p class="p1"&gt;I have a half-marathon Garmin Coach plan ongoing on my new Garmin Forerunner 970.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;The plan keeps giving me Benchmark runs intermittently, I have completed 6 benchmark runs outdoor till now for this plan. It is getting quite frustrating now.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;For today I saw a long run in the plan and was really looking forward to it, but suddenly sometime during the day it started showing a 35 mins long run instead of the 1 hour 5 mins long run.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;Also the Garmin Coach runs never sync on their own, only when I turn the watch off and on, they show as completed in the iOS app. They show just as a completed run but not as part of the plan, when i edit the workout in the app to change it to training and turn the watch off/on, they show up as training workout.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;I did exit a plan without completing and then started a new one.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="p1"&gt;Any help would be appreciated as to how I do not get another benchmark run, but normal planned runs, as I feel I am not progressing with the training but just keep doing the Benchmark runs.&lt;/p&gt;
