RE: Strava not receiving info from Garmin connect

Though you're seeing the connection, you probably need to reestablish the connection between Garmin and Strava. Try these steps from the web sites (not the app) for both Garmin Connect and Strava:

Go to Strava https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
In the My Apps section look for Garmin Connect then click Revoke Access
Go to Garmin Connect https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
In the Applications section look for strava, then click on Disconnect
Log out of Garmin Connect Web
Go back to Strava https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
Under social connections click Connect with Garmin
Go back to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
In the Applications section confirm Strava is connected
Additionally, you'll want to confirm that you're using the same account for Garmin Connect Web as you are for Garmin Connect Mobile
Go for a short test activity to see if all is well
