Incident detection is missing from garmin connect settings iOS

Incident detection is missing from garmin connect settings ios. Only threads on this I see are over four years old. Has this issue been resolved?

Forerunner 935 and an edge 1030. I imagine the issue is the forerunner doesn’t have it and the edge does.

Yes, you won't see it on the app if the device doesn't support it. Does it work for you with the Edge 1030?

No. It says set it up in the app.

It is missing from my app and I have a fenix 5x

I used to have Edge 520plus and I had incident detection. Now I use Edge 1000. The feature is now missing, any explanation. Is there something I can do. It’s a great feature to have.
