I have lost my weekly 100K challenge this past week, it only shows a general step challenge with no step goal. Has anyone else Experienced this?

I agree. If more people report this to Garmin Support, more likely this will get fixed. Same issue on the Android app - Challenges

I have the same issue. Two challenges created by a group I am in where Garmin is showing me as 0 progress. I have no idea if the Garmin badge challenges I selected are working as they haven't finished but I think I did met one of the earlier ones and no badge. We shouldn't have to use a time setting we don't typically use to get it to work. The Connections and Groups privacy setting didn't work for me. I love my Garmin but hate that each time they release an update is messes things up. I can't get workouts to load anymore without performing surgery (delete device, re add, etc). Nobody has time to do that every day.

Argh

Thanks for this. My clock was already at 24 hours but I switched it back and forth and my activity from today loaded. I’m now finding that I’m having to go back into every individual activity and change the privacy settings to “connections and groups” in order for it to register on the challenge. Previously I had the privacy at “connections only” and they were on the challenges, but not any more.

My challenge data disappeared in the past 24 hours. The challenge is still there with most of the team’s data on it, but it’s showing me at zero yards for the month and for the year. My nearest competitor also disappeared. The desktop app is showing the same thing. Sucks because I was in the lead.

I just received an email from customer service. They told me to change my phone to 24 hour clock (settings/time&date/24 hour clock). I just did it and my challenges have reappeared!!!

I completed the 10K Challenge Badge this weekend and Garmin didn’t credit it and since the badge was 12-14 June it doesn’t show anymore

I have spoke to garmin about this and they are aware of the problem they say they are currently working on it and an update will be sent out as soon as they can solve the problem.

I have the same problem. I get the notifications, but cannot see challenges in the app. Also few connections.

I'm seeing a lot of these threads being started. Mostly stating the issue is with Garmin Connect Mobile iOS and Garmin Connect Web is functioning without problems. I've pinned this thread to the top of the forum in hopes of directing everyone to this thread.

Has anyone reported this to Garmin Support?

Hi, in the app I can’t see my active challenges. Although they are visible on the desktop version.

The same in my and my husband case..we run 10km together none of us has progress in challenge of 150miles run noted and 10km weekend award did not come till now :(

I did the 10K challenge on Fri. Although I got the pts and the badge for it, but the challenge was still stuck at the top table. The week before I did the 3mile walk challenge and the badge moved to the bottom table. Sad!

Same problem, no challenges showing on App, Challenges on web are still there and working fine.

Intalling the app again didn't solve the problem.

Any news from garmin

In that case it is more likely just some temporary problem. Use the website in the meantime, and try later again.
