Garmin Connect Slow and Index Sleep Monitor factory reset

Hi, Garmin Connect is slow and not loading.

As soon as my Index Sleep Monitor connected so my phone it did a factory reset.

What is going on?

Has anyone had an issue with the home screen apps not responding? the only apps that will work are stopwatch and backlight. find my phone / spotify for example do not work

have done a reset, updated all apps, uninstalled phone from watch

Connect+ won't let me choose Galloway for half marathon

Just signed up for Connect+ with a 10K coming up in November at half marathon in February. I wanted to use Galloway for half marathon training, but Connect+ only offers me a running plan rather than run/walk. No problem choosing Galloway for a 10K, but does Garmin Connect offer Galloway for half marathon at all? If so, how do I get there?

The Sleep tile in the new Garmin Connect Essentials tab frequently shows “No sleep data” even though the data has synced correctly.

I am using Android with a Forerunner 955. Tapping the tile opens the full sleep page, where all of the sleep data is available, so this appears to be an Essentials tile display or refresh problem rather than missing sleep recording.

Refreshing or syncing does not always fix it, and the issue occurs often. Screenshot below.

Garmin Connect app version: 5.27.2

Android phone model: Samsung Galaxy S20 FE

Forerunner 955 software version: 28.5

We recently pushed an update to version 5.27.3 for Android. Please make sure you are on that newest version and let us know if that is still not showing up.

This is absolutely essential for me too. Having done a bit of digging, I found that you can view a full nutrition breakdown but only for each individual food item... fine but it boggles the mind that they didn't do the same for the daily total calories & macros. I've used the form suggested below to give feedback.

I decided to stop using MyFitnessPal and track Nutrition in Garmin Connect, so I subscribed to Connect+. I'm astounded that the Nutrition tracking does not include fiber. There are 15 million people taking GLP-1s, and almost all of us are doing two things: using fitness apps to track nutrition and closely monitoring our fiber intake. This is critical because too little fiber (or too much fiber without enough hydration) causes constipation with GLP-1s.

Please fix this deficiency in Nutrition ASAP, or I'll need to cancel Connect+ and revert to MyFitnessPal (screenshot attached).

Hallo,

I'd love to have a scale for the Y-axis that is closer to my actual data.

I don't need the speed to go to 50 when I only did 31 and the heart rate going over 200 is a bit extreme

I'd love a scale closer to the data of the exercise, manual control also would work for me.

My activity data is already sharing to my Dexcom G7 log. When will I be able to also share my paid Connect+ Nutrition data to my Dexcom log?

It seems short-sighted that not even the carbs are sharing. And, because of my weight loss on GLP-1s, my endocrinologist wants to also see my protein intake.

Just wanted to report what seems to be a bug. The HRV is not showing on my Garmin Connect app or on the desktop website. It just says "No overnight HRV data". However, there is data that is being used for the main HRV status tile under At a Glance. It appears that the main data is just being hidden from the user right now.

My problem was resolved with 5.27.1. But, I did install 5.27.3 and, so far, it seems to be working correctly.

it seems to be working now!

I just loaded 5.27.1 and I’m still seeing the “Loading Error” messages for Body Battery and Last Activity.

The BB issue seems to only be in the “In Focus” menu on the home page. I can still see my BB in the “At a Glance”.

FYI. I was seeing this problem with 5.26 and only loaded 5.27 ( and now 5.27.1) because I was looking for a solution.

Nice to see the newly added Essentials Glances

But many others are broken.

Please fix it soonest.
