i rode the same route in three days, but recorded the elevation is different meters on 1030. first day is 355m, second day is 244m on my garmin 1030. Is my 1030 broken?

Regards,

Simon.

I don't think so. The barometric altimeter is not very reliable, since it is influenced by the changes in the atmospheric pressure, and also by the wind, wind gusts, and the air circulation during fast descents. You should be also calibrating the altimeter before taking the ride (or enabling the auto-calibration), and keeping the pressure sensor oriffice clean.

You better use the Elevation Correction option on the screen of the concerned activity in Garmin Connect Web (see the option under the photo of the watch).
