Emergency contacts on vivoactive 3 music

Hi all, 

Today I set up emergency contacts on my new vivoactive 3 music. The 2 I added we wrong because I didn't have +44 in the numbers on my phone, so I deleted them and re added. The problem is that now on my watch it still shows 4, the old ones and new ones but in the connect app it only shows 2 which are correct. 

I have restarted the watch and my phone and synced many times but they still show. 

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
