This is something simple that it should allow. Frankly the UI looks like it should work, but touching the phone or email icon does nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Why show us they have this info if we can&amp;#39;t use it from there? If the cellular network is up let us call or email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After multiple hard restarts my usual Earthmate screen appeared. Then it went back to Insufficient Storage etc. More hard restarts and at this moment it&amp;#39;s working fine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As soon as I could I drove to a spot with cell. I looked up solutions. None. I&amp;#39;m not willing to delete and reinstall right now. I depend on it for my safety. It&amp;#39;s working. If it works don&amp;#39;t fix it. But I have six more days in the backcountry and I don&amp;#39;t trust it. You must perform a sync for your devices to have this update...Go to Plans &amp;amp; Devices.&amp;quot; I go to Plans &amp;amp; Devices. I click Sync &amp;amp; Update. This says to use inReach Sync Desktop App. I open the app and it syncs my inReach Explorer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This screen also says that the Earthmate app can sync manually from within the app. I open the app and click Sync.&lt;/p&gt;

I can see the track in the app, but I can not find it on the website explore.garmin.com. (In the second week I used the inReach - every track is visible in the website and the app.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The sync in the app seems to work, I can&amp;#39;t find any tracks in &amp;quot;unorganized&amp;quot;, I have all tracks visible...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I own a old inReach Explorer device&amp;nbsp;that I bought when it was still offered by Delorme before Gramin bought it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It still works fine and I&amp;rsquo;ve been using it for years with the Earthmate app on my ipad 11&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Recently when I start the Earthmate app I get a message that I have insufficient storage, &amp;nbsp;To delete data that I know longer need to use and that if this doesn&amp;rsquo;t work to reinstall the app.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have removed EVERYTHING (messages, routes, waypoint, etc) except 24 waypoints. &amp;nbsp;But the error message still doesn&amp;rsquo;t go away. &amp;nbsp;And the earthmate remains froze.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The only&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;thing that allows my inReach and Earthmate to work with each other is to reinstall the Earthmate app,&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;that works fine until I reboot my ipad then the insufficient storage error comes back and the Earthmate app is again frozen.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;anybody else ran into this? &amp;nbsp; Do you have a solution or workaround? &amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
