&lt;p&gt;I am finding that when I&amp;rsquo;ve got absolutely no cell service and I bring up the Earth made app and go to messages. The screen is completely white. If I&amp;rsquo;ve got one bar of cell service, the message screen tends to come up this just recently started happening&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have Unpaired and repaired the device my Bluetooth on my phone and on the unreached device is both enabled. It shows connected on the in reached device. I just don&amp;rsquo;t know what other troubleshooting to do. I can still send messages through the end reach, but it is much easier to do it through the app&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am using Android on a Samsung S5 (yes...an S5, but works for me otherwise). If I delete and reinstall Earhtmate:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;a) I believe the NOAA announcement will just return...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;b) I have a SERIOUS amount of maps loaded, and do not want to risk losing them or the new Earthmate failing&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;to recognize them.&lt;/p&gt;
