Garmin Pay is not in the application

hi i got a garmin vivoactive 3 watch, with samsung s8 phone latest android, I got information from the bank that it is possible to pay the garmin pay option. Garmin connect v 4.22.

I don't have the option to select garmin pay in the app.

Same for my Forerunner 645 which was working previously.

Same for me FR645music. Previously it worked fine but now is not possible to add a a credit card.

Please, some help ...?
